Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proficient IT Support Specialist to become an integral part of our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and sustaining the organization’s information technology systems, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, which encompasses networks, servers, and databases.

2. Provide expert technical support to resolve issues faced by staff while utilizing computer systems and software applications.

3. Safeguard the security and reliability of IT systems, promptly addressing any failures or vulnerabilities.

4. Collaborate with departmental leaders to execute IT strategies and enhance the overall technological proficiency of the organization.

5. Develop and revise IT documentation, including operational manuals and user guides.

6. Engage in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.

7. Commit to continuous learning of emerging technologies and maintain awareness of industry trends.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.

2. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.

3. Proficiency in common operating systems and office software, along with experience in network maintenance and troubleshooting.

4. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to self-learning.

5. Candidates with IT certifications (such as CCNA, MCSE, etc.) will be prioritized.

6. Experience in IT project management will be considered an advantage.
