About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a passion for working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As a Youth Support Worker, you will provide essential support to students with diverse learning needs, collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND
- Offer emotional and behavioural support to students
- Work closely with teachers and staff to implement Educational Health Care Plans
- A passion for working with children and young people with SEND
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
