Role Summary:
The Regional Commercial Operations Manager plays a crucial role within the organization, focusing on both securing new business and overseeing the execution of ongoing projects. This position demands robust leadership, management, and governance across all commercial activities, both prior to and following contract agreements, across a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and implement a clear strategy for commercial execution, fostering customer relationships and ensuring repeat business.
2. Collaborate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the commercial division supports other essential functions such as Design, Operations, and Pre-Construction.
3. Establish and monitor project profit plans and stretch profit targets throughout the procurement and construction phases.
4. Generate and maintain regional commercial reports, including turnover statistics, preliminary trackers, and monthly performance evaluations for projects.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including Pre-Construction Services Agreements (PCSA), overseeing projects valued up to £30 million in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) work.
