Job Description

HC-One is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving technology change and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change Management: Oversee the change process for your team, ensuring seamless delivery timescales and scheduling expectations. Provide thought leadership and ensure the adoption of best practices.
  • Project Leadership: Lead the successful delivery of projects within agreed scope, budget, timescales, and benefits. Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire high-performing teams, leveraging subject matter expertise to maximize performance. Foster a culture of excellence and a can-do attitude.
  • Strategic Planning: Define the overall strategy, coordinate deliveries against product roadmaps, and manage backlogs. Collaborate with the business to ensure roadmaps are defined, understood, and implemented effectively.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including designers, engineers, and SMEs, to ensure successful project delivery and clear communication of requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Navigate complexity and ambiguity, identifying opportunities and proposing innovative solutions to drive change across the organization.
  • Documentation: Produce and maintain detailed project documentation, tracking tasks, resource requirements, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Requirements:
  • Educated to Degree level in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • APM or Prince2 certification.
  • Over 5 years' experience leading the delivery of enterprise-class services in a complex organization.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performance teams and delivering technologies and services.
