- Instructional Content Creation: Develop instructional videos and guides for efficient customer service, making these resources accessible online.
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual with a proven track record in managing learning and development programmes, ideally in a multi-site or multi-brand environment. You will have demonstrated success in leading and managing a team of trainers and have a strong background in stakeholder management and relationship-building across all levels.
You will be passionate about developing others, capable of building relationships quickly, and able to communicate clearly and accurately with all internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be confident in planning your own schedule to deliver multiple pieces of work to meet tight deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
You will have strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a high level of digital proficiency and technical ability, including the ability to produce complex training and evaluation data. Having a relevant professional qualification and experience in fast-paced, automotive environments will be beneficial.
