Senior Learning Advisor

This is a unique opportunity to join our vibrant, rapidly evolving Group as a Senior Learning & Development Advisor, supporting the L&D team in the delivery of a high performing and impactful learning and development service to the ZIGUP Group.

About the Role
  • Design and deliver engaging monthly induction programmes.
  • Create and deliver bespoke training programmes that meet business needs and enhance customer and colleague experience.
  • Design and implement training that enhances soft skills, reinforces company values, and promotes a "Customer First" mindset.
  • Develop instructional videos and guides for efficient customer service, making these resources accessible online.
About You
  • You'll have proven experience in managing learning and development programmes, ideally in a multi-site or multi-brand environment.
  • You'll have demonstrated success in leading and managing a team of trainers.
  • You will be passionate about developing others, capable of building relationships quickly and are able to communicate clearly and accurately with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have a strong background in stakeholder management and relationship-building across all levels.
  • You will need to be confident in planning your own schedule to deliver multiple pieces of work to meet tight deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • You'll have strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a high level of digital proficiency and technical ability, including the ability to produce complex training and evaluation data.
  • Having a relevant professional qualification and experience in fast-paced, Automotive environments will help you, because you will be expected to be able to demonstrate your specialist knowledge and skills in the development and delivery of training in the classroom, virtually, and through other digital platforms.
