As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of quantity surveying across a variety of projects. Your expertise will ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with Impact: Take charge of all aspects of quantity surveying and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Innovate and Inspire: Offer cutting-edge advice on cost management, procurement strategies, and contract administration.
  • Drive Excellence: Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports that set new benchmarks in the industry.
  • Strategise for Success: Perform risk assessments and value engineering to ensure projects are optimised for both performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with a talented team of project managers, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders to deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • Champion Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Mentor Future Leaders: Support and guide junior quantity surveyors, helping to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • An appropriate associated degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex, high-profile projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in industry software and tools.
