About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to join our team at Employal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a territory of 250+ existing accounts, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling
  • Conduct cold calling, face-to-face selling, and networking to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Utilize a CRM to track sales activity and customer interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales and account management, preferably in the foodservice industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using a CRM and other sales tools
