Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase HubSpot's value proposition
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of success in complex sales environments and C-level executive interactions
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth
  • Experience with standardized sales methodologies and tools
