About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in the DACH and Nordics regions. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and expansion in these key markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our SaaS and Cyber companies in the DACH and Nordics regions
  • Lead the creation and implementation of end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and other internal teams to develop winning content and multichannel campaigns
  • Manage and maintain a full array of modern MarTech tools to optimize marketing performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing roles within the Tech space, ideally facing the DACH or Nordics Regions
  • Fluent-level proficiency in German, Norwegian, or Swedish is required for this role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and expansion
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
