Socialed, a dynamic and innovative social and video production agency based in London, is seeking a talented Videographer & Editor to join our growing content team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for our clients in the lifestyle and luxury space.
Key Responsibilities- Shoot and edit a range of client projects, including video content for international real estate developers, luxury brands, and food and beverage companies.
- Work closely with our Content Director to ideate, execute, and edit all content produced for our brands.
- Collaborate with our Post Production Lead to manage projects effectively and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' needs and preferences to deliver content that meets their expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production and editing to continuously improve our content quality.
- Extensive experience in video production, including planning, shooting, and editing video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of 2D motion design and 3D motion design skills are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Experience in short-form and social-first video editing is essential.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends is a must.
We offer a competitive salary range of £26-32k per annum, starting in September 2024. We are open to new graduates or those seeking professional experience in lieu of a formal degree. A portfolio of relevant work that aligns with our types of clients, placement of work, or style is required for consideration.
