About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator at Care UK. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and equipment repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
