Maintenance Surveyor

Are you an experienced Repairs Surveyor looking for an exciting interim role with a renowned housing organisation? Look no further We are currently working with a G15 housing provider, who are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Repairs Surveyor to join their team in Hampshire.
Position: Repairs Surveyor
Duration: Ongoing interim
Pay: £30 - £33 per hour
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough property inspections, identifying repairs and maintenance requirements.
- Liaise with residents to assess and prioritise repair requests, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
- Coordinate and oversee repair works, liaising with contractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of repairs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Repairs Surveyor or similar role within the housing sector.
- Sound knowledge of property maintenance, repairs, and relevant regulations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with residents, contractors, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
