  • Expertise in Workday administration and configuration
  • Analysis, development, and implementation of HR projects and initiatives
  • Support local teams in project requirements and stakeholder management
  • Ensure integration of Workday with key business systems and data management
  • Data manipulation and impact assessments to inform business decisions
  • Promote user experience through automated processes and workflow optimization
  • Training and engagement for stakeholders to ensure successful adoption

Requirements:

  • Experience in Workday modules such as HCM, Absence, and Reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and communication
  • Workday Certification preferred, but not required
