The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Chef in ensuring the dietary needs of our residents are met, while contributing to a safe and positive working environment. Main Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure that all catering stock and equipment are correctly stored and accounted for in accordance with our Assured Safe Catering standards.
  • Meal Delivery: Deliver meals and other catering supplies to various areas within the unit in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with the basic preparation of food items under the direction of the Chef.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all cleaning within the kitchen, catering, and servery areas is completed and complies with our Assured Safe Catering standards.
  • Environmental Services: Deliver and maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the home, in line with operational standards and ensure that work processes comply with statutory regulations.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by the Chef or Cook.
