Registered Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our successful domiciliary care office in Brentwood and Basildon North.

About the Role
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including recruiting and managing a team of care professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of quality care.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, local authorities, and external agencies.
  • Contribute to business growth by developing and implementing marketing and recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate in the design and delivery of in-house training courses to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
About You
  • Integrity, honesty, and openness are essential qualities for this role.
  • You will be kind, compassionate, and understanding in your interactions with customers and staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Previous management experience and a strong understanding of the care sector are essential.
  • NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualification or equivalent is required.
