About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team as a Live In Support Worker in the Gosport area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to our female client with a spinal cord injury and neurological condition within her own home.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting, as well as moving and handling, domestic tasks, and social activities.

Working Arrangements:

  • Assignments will be between 2 weeks long, with regular consistent work and set rolling rotas.
  • Zero hours contracts will be in place, requiring a commitment to working regularly each month to ensure continuity of care for our clients.

Requirements:

  • A kind and caring nature, with flexibility and reliability to ensure continuity of care.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with our client and other members of the care team.
  • A full UK driver's license is required, as our client requires support with driving.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
