About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker - Live In to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with spinal cord injury and neurological conditions
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support clients with mobility and handling needs
  • Engage in social activities and promote independence

Requirements:

  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Good communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
