Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with spinal cord injury and neurological conditions in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with domestic tasks and social activities
  • Support clients with mobility and handling
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients

Requirements:

  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Good communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
