About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker - Live In to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to our client with cerebral palsy and neuro diverse needs, including washing, showering, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Support our client with social activities, such as outings and hobbies, to promote their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.
Requirements
  • Hold a full UK driver's license to support our client's independence.
  • Have a kind and caring nature, with excellent communication skills.
  • Be flexible and reliable, with a commitment to working regular hours to ensure continuity of care.
