Position Overview

Prospect Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of a thriving independent pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead and inspire a committed team of approximately 6 staff members, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Service Delivery: Provide essential pharmacy services while also managing advanced offerings such as NMS, Flu Vaccination, COVID vaccinations, CPCS, and blood pressure monitoring.
  • Clinic Management: Oversee the operations of a travel vaccination clinic, ensuring high standards of care and service.
  • Team Development: Conduct regular appraisals and foster professional growth within the team.
  • Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers to enhance service delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to GPhC regulations and maintain the highest standards of pharmacy practice.
  • Business Development: Work closely with the Superintendent Pharmacist to drive business growth and service enhancement.
