Exciting Opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and qualified Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at Prospect Health.

  • Lead a team of dedicated pharmacy professionals
  • Manage essential and advanced pharmacy services
  • Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Conduct staff appraisals and provide support and guidance
  • Work closely with the Superintendent Pharmacist to drive business growth and development

If you are a UK registered pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role, and have accreditations in NMS, Flu Vaccine, and COVID vaccine, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pharmacy strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including staff supervision and performance management
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
