Pharmacy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team in Telford. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and managing a team of pharmacists and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality pharmacy services, including essential and advanced services such as NMS, Flu Vaccination, and COVID vaccinations.
  • Manage a team of pharmacists and support staff, including conducting appraisals and providing training and development opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong links with local GPs and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure the pharmacy is compliant with GPhC regulations and works closely with the Superintendent Pharmacist to drive the business forward.
  • Manage stock control, develop and implement business plans, and contribute to the overall success of the pharmacy.
Requirements:
  • Qualified UK registered pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a pharmacy manager role.
  • NMS, Flu Vaccine, and COVID vaccine accreditation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to balance and prioritize work and staff responsibilities, ensuring every member of the team has strong relationships with patients, GP surgeries, and healthcare professionals.
