We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team at Lookers. As a Warranty Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims to manufacturer standards, assessing the quality of warranty job cards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Assess the quality of warranty job cards, providing feedback to the workshop to improve processes.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including invoicing and administrative tasks.
- Support with paint and body claims, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Technical background, preferably within the Automotive industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and schedule work effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft packages.
