Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Kerry Dewar, Aftersales Manager, is seeking a skilled Warranty Advisor to join the team at Walton VW Dealership. As a key member of the Service hub, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You will work closely with Kerry and the team to develop your skills and knowledge, establishing a long-term career in the Automotive industry.
Our Warranty Advisors play a vital role in the Aftersales department, processing warranty claims and liaising with customers. We are looking for an individual with a customer service background and technical skills to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Processing warranty claims to manufacturer standards
- Assessing the quality of warranty job cards and feeding back to the workshop
- Invoicing and other administrative tasks
- Supporting with Paint and body claims
- Interacting daily with customers over the phone
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with a Technical background, preferably within the Automotive industry. You will possess attention to detail and strong organisation skills, as well as strong IT skills and the ability to navigate Microsoft packages.
