Kerry Dewar, Aftersales Manager, is seeking a skilled Warranty Advisor to join the team at Walton VW Dealership. As a key member of the Service hub, you will provide exceptional customer service, working closely with a supportive team to develop your skills and career.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing warranty claims, liaising with customers, and performing administrative tasks. A technical background, preferably in the Automotive industry, is essential. Strong IT skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also required.

Responsibilities

  • Processing warranty claims to manufacturer standards
  • Assessing the quality of warranty job cards and feeding back to the workshop
  • Invoicing and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Supporting with Paint and body claims
  • Interacting daily with customers over the phone

Qualifications

A Technical background, preferably in the Automotive industry, is essential. Strong IT skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also required.
