Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Kerry Dewar, Aftersales Manager, is seeking a Warranty Advisor to join the team at Walton VW Dealership. As a key member of the Service hub, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to customers. You will work closely with Kerry and the team to develop your skills and establish a long-term career in the Automotive industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing warranty claims, liaising with customers, and performing administrative tasks. You will possess strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and excellent communication skills. You will also be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities
- Processing warranty claims to manufacturer standards
- Assessing the quality of warranty job cards and feeding back to the workshop
- Invoicing and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Supporting with Paint and body claims
- Interacting daily with customers over the phone
Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with a Technical background, preferably within the Automotive industry. You will possess a strong understanding of IT systems and be able to navigate Microsoft packages with ease.
