Position Overview

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is collaborating with a distinguished Moving & Storage organization, dedicated to delivering extensive relocation and storage services. We are in search of an enthusiastic Self Storage Sales Consultant to enhance their sales team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for advocating and marketing moving and self-storage solutions to both residential and commercial clientele. This position will report directly to the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for clients interested in moving and self-storage options.
  • Promptly address inquiries from customers regarding moving and storage services through various communication channels.
  • Offer precise details about service offerings, pricing structures, and availability.
  • Develop and deliver customized quotes and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Engage in contract negotiations and establish terms of service with clients.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to guarantee the seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads, client contacts, and sales activities.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Achieve or surpass sales objectives and targets set forth by management.
  • Stay informed about trends in the moving and storage sector, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the moving or self-storage sector.
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities with a proven history of meeting sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
