Position Overview

Peaple Talent is collaborating with a prominent global software solutions provider that is actively seeking several New Business Sales Strategists. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to partner with marketing efforts to promote a comprehensive range of software solutions aimed at driving new business revenue and achieving annual sales objectives.

In addition to a robust benefits package, the position offers a competitive base salary complemented by a commission structure with significant on-target earnings (OTE).

**Please note that a valid driving license and passport are necessary due to travel requirements.**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in generating leads and executing marketing strategies within your designated market area, working closely with our sales-oriented Marketing Team.
  • Engage in consultative selling, guiding the business discovery phase and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate product functionalities through initial presentations.
  • Thoroughly qualify prospects throughout the sales journey.
  • Provide precise sales forecasts over time.
  • Efficiently maintain and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Participate in and present at monthly sales meetings as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in meeting new business sales targets.
  • Expertise in evaluating and qualifying opportunities throughout the sales process, supported by established methodologies and management practices.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Capable of delivering structured presentations to executive-level audiences.
  • Comfortable collaborating within a team environment.
  • Commercially astute.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Valid driving license and passport required due to travel obligations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive B2B new business sales experience, preferably in ERP software.
  • Prior experience in the distribution sector.
