About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Obscurant Recruitment Solutions Ltd as a Retail Sales Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced company in a customer-facing retail sales role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance and sales advice to customers in a professional, personalized, and friendly manner.
  • Develop a genuine understanding of the client's needs and discuss project ideas.
  • Complete sales efficiently and accurately handle money, card transactions, and other financial tasks.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and answer questions regarding merchandise and product usage.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
  • Take delivery of stock from the main warehouse and store it appropriately.
  • Be willing to learn about products and retain information.
  • Convey information effectively and accurately.
  • Adapt design skills to promote products.
  • Work as a strong team player and adapt to unsupervised work environments.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Requirements
  • Proficient level of education and strong numeracy skills, including Maths and English.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to work 2 in 4 weekends as part of a rota.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
