About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our client in the Midlands. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Manage the sales pipeline and negotiate agreements with customers
  • Create and implement sales growth initiatives to drive business expansion
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of commercial experience in sales and business development
  • Proven track record in new business development and sales growth
  • Background in lens/eyewear equipment sales
