Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our In-Patient Unit team at Sue Ryder St John's Hospice. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide individualized care to patients and their families, working collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans using evidence-based practice.
- Work effectively within the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records using our electronic system.
- Perform various clinical procedures, including pain and symptom management treatments.
- Participate in education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to our quality and governance program, including completing audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- NMC registered, with post-registration experience in palliative and end-of-life care preferred.
- Ability to work flexibly, positively, and as part of a wider team.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to our values of Supportive, Impactful, and Connected.
