About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at St John's Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing individualized, specialist care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care using evidence-based practice.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our electronic system.
  • Carry out clinical procedures, including pain and symptom management treatments.
  • Participate in education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to our quality and governance programme, including completing audits.
About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with post-registration experience in palliative and end-of-life care. You should be able to demonstrate flexibility, positivity, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to live our values of Supportive, Impactful, and Connected and practice our attached behaviours.
