Care Home Clinical Director Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Care Home Clinical Director to join our client's team in their luxury elderly care service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting and developing a new staff team, and ensuring the financial performance of the home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and services to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents and their families
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
  • Manage the financial performance of the home, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Market the luxury service to attract private payers and maintain a strong reputation in the community

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Care Home Clinical Director or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of CQC criteria and a track history of achieving 'Good' – 'Outstanding' CQC reports
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to market a luxury service to private payers
  • Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports

What We Offer

Our client is offering a competitive salary of £80,000 – £85,000 + 40% bonus, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
