Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the clinical governance and quality of care in our care homes
- Oversee nursing homes in Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review and analyze clinical governance data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement practical strategies to address issues and improve care delivery
- Work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to plan and implement key actions
- Organize training, attract senior clinical staff, and deliver clinical investigations to maintain high standards
- Support newly-qualified nurses and provide clinical mentorship
- Combine analytical skills with the ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver results
- Current NMC registration and RN (General) qualification
- Experience working in a care home environment and as a clinical mentor
- Strong understanding of current regulatory requirements
- Leadership skills and passion for delivering high-quality care
