Key Responsibilities- Lead and co-ordinate shifts as Nurse in Charge
- Positively advocate for patients and actively contribute to their recovery process
- Maintain high standards of patient care while working within a safe, secure, and supportive environment
- Dispense and administer medication to patients in line with the 6 Rs and safe medication management
- Support individual clients in engaging with their local community and reducing social isolation
- Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively in acute situations to maintain the safety of staff and patients
