Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Home Manager to join our team at Bright Selection Ltd. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of professional practice that meet the needs of each resident.
About the Role:
- As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all care staff receive regular supervision and appraisal and that they receive the training and support necessary to facilitate their role.
- You will maintain and develop links in the local community, creating opportunities for our residents.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that our care home meets the high standards of the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Requirements:
- Experienced Manager with good working knowledge of CQC
- Minimum qualification NVQ L4 / L5 or willing to work towards
- Good leadership experience with a supportive and engaging leadership style
- An understanding in and empathy for elderly care
Responsibilities:
- Be the Registered Manager and Nominated Individual with CQC
- Take full responsibility for ensuring high standards of professional practice that meet the needs of each resident.
- Ensure that all care staff receive regular supervision and appraisal and that they receive the training and support necessary to facilitate their role.
- Maintain and develop links in the local community, creating opportunities.
Contract, Remuneration and Benefits:
- Up to 60,000pa depending on skills and experience
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
