Job Title: Project Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Cartwheel Recruitment Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful onboarding and setup of new contracts for our client, a leading provider of contract catering services within the Business & Industry (B&I) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Mobilization Projects: Manage the end-to-end mobilization of new contract catering sites from planning through to go-live, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their specific requirements are understood and met during mobilization.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with operational teams, HR, procurement, and other departments to ensure all resources are in place for successful contract delivery.
  • Budget Management: Monitor mobilization budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all operations comply with health & safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and company policies.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and risks during the mobilization process, implementing solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Post-Mobilization Support: Provide ongoing support to operations teams during the initial phase of the contract, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience: In a project management or mobilization role, preferably within the contract catering or B&I sectors.
  • Strong understanding: Of catering operations, with a focus on quality and service delivery.
  • Exceptional communication: And stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage: Multiple projects simultaneously, working to tight deadlines.
  • Financial acumen: With experience managing project budgets.
  • Knowledge of: Health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
  • Problem-solving mindset: With the ability to remain calm under pressure.
