A leading data insights company is seeking an HR Advisor to support the HR Manager in a period of significant change and growth.

You will provide generalist HR support to the firm, including employee relations, day-to-day operations, policy and process improvement, and employee engagement initiatives.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000, a bonus and benefits package, and hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and performance management, flexible working requests, and mental health cases.
  • Assist in policy and process design, TUPE processes, and data analysis to establish HR trends.
  • Support the HR Manager with research projects and the implementation of new HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and manage HR onboarding and exit interviews.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks within the team.

Requirements:

  • CIPD level 5 qualification or working towards it.
  • At least 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a professional services organization.
  • Experience in managing employee relations cases, including long-term sickness absence.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Excellent time management and advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel.
