Brimful of ideas, initiative and enthusiasm, this role is pivotal to the delivery of first-class content and creative that supports brand and business objectives across every touch point. You will play an instrumental role in carrying out creative research, putting forward fun and interesting ideas, ideating creative concepts and finally, bringing them to life.

Alongside this, you will be responsible for ensuring the very best output from the creative team: assessing briefs, defining requirements, managing workflows and ensuring timely delivery of assets. This is a hands-on role and no two days are the same The Creative Project walle will work on the following:

CREATIVE PROJECTS:

Restaurants:

Manage menu updates: ensuring accurate content collation and implementation across our suite of menus, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and delivering a first-class menu update while flagging any issues as they arise. Coordinate with third-party suppliers (be they artists, signwriters, photographers) and facilitate the briefing of their work. Proactively work with café and local marketing teams to ensure café creative standards are consistently first-class (wall artwork, menus, collateral, sign-writing, guest experience) – being the point of contact for ad-hoc creative briefs from the café teams. Support on the sourcing and managing of artwork and dressing for cafés (new and existing).

Team:

Work with the Training team to improve and update existing content assets: training guides, initiation documents, etc. Manage delivery of internal team creative projects from brief to production and delivery.

Store, Delivery, Events:

Support on the day-to-day project management, and delivery of all creative assets to agreed plans and timelines across Store, Delivery and Events.

TRAFFIC AND RESOURCES:

Traffic and resource control on campaign projects – liaising with the wider team to ensure timely delivery of all assets, to scope and within budget. Being the contact for creative and content briefs – ensuring that each brief is robust for the creative team and then relaying feedback throughout the execution phase.Look after workflow, project priorities, quality control, production, quotes and delivery of all printed resources. Establish successful processes and workflows to improve efficiency across the creative team. Manage, maintain and communicate production schedules and deadlines to the creative and wider marketing team, facilitating a clear understanding of project timelines and status. Proactively highlight time or resource crunches – creatively navigating around any issues or blockers that may arise. Manage creative budgets, ensuring they are tracked effectively Keeping our creative libraries in order. Ensuring all final design assets are sorted and filed appropriately.

OUR IDEAL CREATIVE PROJECT WALLE IS:

A project manager extraordinaire, with 1-2 years experience in a marketing or creative role. Super organised – juggling multiple plates (projects) is your bread and butter – you can deal with multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time. A master time manager – understanding project priorities and scheduling them accordingly. Driven, proactive, a problem solver – blockers don't put you off getting the job done. You creatively think around problems to get the best outcome. Excellent communicator and collaborator across all levels of the business.Knowledgeable and comfortable with all aspects of the creative process and output.Almost comically detail-focused – you can spot a typo a mile off and proofreading is your idea of a good time. An idea generator – you get as excited about brainstorming creative concepts as you do about a Gantt chart. Knowledge of Indian culture is a plus, but not essential.
