About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Support Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the elderly who are finding it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, enabling them to maintain their individuality and vital independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas at meal times, communal areas for social activities, and to the privacy of their bedrooms and bathrooms at their request.
- Assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, and dressing, ensuring the importance of privacy and dignity is maintained.
- Participate in physical and mental stimulation by being a part of recreational and social activities with residents, and as a group.
