Interaction Finance is seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team in a full-time, office-based role. The successful candidate will have a varied role, which typically includes:

  • Entering purchase ledger invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements and processing ready for payment
  • Opening new purchase ledger accounts
  • Logging supplier payments
  • Supporting with month-end processes
  • Processing expenses and credit card claims
  • Other ad-hoc duties to support the team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a rounded UK-based purchase ledger role
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision with a high level of attention to detail
  • A self-motivated and organized individual
  • A flexible attitude - able to work as part of a team
  • Own transport is essential - site is not accessible via public transport
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
