About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Consultant to join our team at Alscient. As a Lead Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and delivering Salesforce projects and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Salesforce projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of Salesforce projects.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Lead/Senior Salesforce Consultant role, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce projects and services.
  • Technical platform experience, supported by appropriate Salesforce certifications.
  • Strong technical document authoring skills, with a real attention to detail.
  • Effective people and mentoring skills, with the confidence to lead a team of skilled developers/consultants.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Capacity to understand and contribute to the technical solution, with a passion for complex problem-solving.
  • Experience and knowledge of AWS, Jira, and Confluence tools would be advantageous.
