Collections and House Manager

We're seeking a skilled Collections and House Manager to join our team at The National Trust. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of outstanding conservation, presentation, and compliance standards across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Senior Collections & House Officer, supporting them to deliver conservation projects, collections care, and daily house opening at Hinton Ampner.
• Oversee a team of volunteers, developing their skills and providing an indoor volunteering offer that's flexible and inclusive.
• Work in partnership with peers across the leadership team to ensure operational efficiency, championing conservation and cultural heritage.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a proven ability to deliver high presentation standards, customer care, compliance, and collections management in a historic setting. You'll need an awareness of current developments and approved practices in the heritage sector, as well as a passion for promoting inclusivity and diversity in interpretation and presentation of history.
