McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Duty Manager to join their team at Wayfarer Place in Alresford, Hampshire.
This is a unique opportunity to support the management and smooth running of a thriving community of active and independent older people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and facilitating activities that strengthen community spirit within the development
- Providing emergency support to homeowners during designated sleeping periods
- Collaborating with Care and Support teams to ensure high-quality customer standards
About the ideal candidate:
- Warm, friendly, and organized individual with experience in care or support environments
- Excellent care skills and a passion for working in the Health and Social Care sector
- Ability to lead by example, think on their feet, and make a positive difference in the lives of older people
