Role:

Starbucks Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. You will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, and will work closely with the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
