About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Technologist to join our production team at AllSaints. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality control inspections at our distribution centre and store level to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
  • Compile and analyze quality control reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with our technical manager to implement quality procedures and processes that meet our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our warehouse returns department to investigate product failures and returns.
  • Issue and manage supplier corrective action reports to ensure that our suppliers meet our quality standards.
  • Support the technical manager in investigating and resolving customer complaints regarding product performance and specifications.
  • Provide regular updates to the technical manager and senior management on quality control activities and any significant developments.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience of carrying out quality control inspections at a factory level and head office experience.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Multiproduct experience is necessary.
  • Ability to travel at short notice if required.
