Quality Control Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Technologist to join our production team at AllSaints. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality control inspections at our distribution centre and store level to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
- Compile and analyze quality control reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with our technical manager to implement quality procedures and processes that meet our business objectives.
- Collaborate with our warehouse returns department to investigate product failures and returns.
- Issue and manage supplier corrective action reports to ensure that our suppliers meet our quality standards.
- Support the technical manager in investigating and resolving customer complaints regarding product performance and specifications.
- Provide regular updates to the technical manager and senior management on quality control activities and any significant developments.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience of carrying out quality control inspections at a factory level and head office experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Multiproduct experience is necessary.
- Ability to travel at short notice if required.
