Dutch Speaking Lead Credit Control Specialist - Hybrid Work Model
Technology Search Ltd is seeking a skilled Lead Credit Control Specialist with proficiency in Dutch to become a vital part of our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage credit control for a specific portfolio of clients in accordance with the collections strategy.
- Engage with clients to secure payment for outstanding invoices.
- Act as the primary contact for our Netherlands-based laboratories and finance departments.
- Conduct weekly discussions with the Credit Control Team Leader to drive excellence within the business unit.
- Provide duplicate invoices and account statements while documenting customer disputes.
- Participate in weekly conference calls to address late payments, establishing clear actions and timelines for dispute resolution.
- Reconcile unallocated cash and communicate with clients to obtain remittance details.
- Escalate overdue accounts to the Team Lead and Credit Control Manager as necessary.
- Oversee stop and off-stop management for assigned customer accounts.
- Assist the Team Lead and Credit Control Manager in various tasks.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements in cash collection and days sales outstanding metrics.
- Support the month-end closing process.
- Generate weekly reports for the Team Lead and Credit Manager of the business unit.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in Dutch is a mandatory requirement for this position.
- Extensive experience in credit control and collections.
- Background in customer service.
- Solid understanding of VAT regulations.
- Familiarity with currency management.
- Proficient knowledge of accounting principles and systems.
- Proven track record of achieving collection targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Confidence in personal abilities and expertise in accounting and credit control.
- Experience with Microsoft D365 is a plus.
