Credit Platform Services operates on a global scale, catering to both the US Private Bank and the International Private Bank. With a presence in various locations, including the US, Edinburgh, Geneva, and Singapore, along with offshore teams in India and the Philippines, Credit Platform Services collaborates closely with Lending & Mortgage Specialists and Credit Risk Executives to ensure an outstanding client experience.

As a Credit Operations Associate within the Wealth Management sector, your key responsibilities will include documenting credit facility agreements with clients, setting up credit facilities which entails data entry into credit systems, and monitoring covenants and collateral on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for exception reporting and management, ensuring that exceptional service levels are delivered to clients and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and automating manual tasks using low-code and no-code tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input data into credit systems, ensuring precision and maintaining data integrity at all times.
  • Prioritize daily team activities to deliver excellent client service and meet service levels and deadlines.
  • Oversee daily exception reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with other operations teams and internal stakeholders, including offshore teams, to investigate and resolve exceptions.
  • Provide support and on-the-job coaching to junior team members.
  • Assist in internal and external audit and regulatory examination activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or credit-related roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and within a team.
  • A collaborative team player who maintains a positive attitude and high performance in demanding and time-sensitive situations.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and support the implementation of changes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with credit products, such as mortgages and loans, is advantageous.
